If for some reason you are unsatisfied with the product, or there is accidental damage incurred in shipping, you can return it within 14 days of receipt. The product needs to be returned to us in its original condition and packaging for a full refund, less shipping costs. Please enclose a copy of your receipt. We guarantee against defects in material and craftsmanship for up to one year of purchase. Please return your product to us and we will repair your item at no charge. If a repair is not possible, the item will be exchanged or a credit will be given. This warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear, accidental damage due to the use of cleaners or other solvents, or unusual treatment. Before returning your product, please contact us with your concerns by email. We will then direct you through the return process.
